We select suppliers that are vetted, approved and used by us (and are therefore insured, qualified and reliable). You are buying into our knowledge and experience.

Suppliers' charging rates vary, for example, some will make a call out charge or charge by the half hour or the charge can be dependent on the time of call out. Please note the engineer's time does not include parts.

Generally hourly charge rates are between £49 - £78 plus VAT (as at March '07) depending on the supplier selected.

We endeavour to ensure, on your behalf, that the best value for money is obtained. We will notify you of specific rates on placing an order.
