Flexible Management

• We will organise a service for you.
• This is for landlords who manage their own property, require a helping hand.
• You can choose which service you want us to organise for you.
• For your chosen service, we will arrange for a Contractor to be at your property at a given time.
• On successful completion you will be responsible for paying the contractor/supplier directly.
• We charge an administration fee for organising the service.
• The fee is small in the context of saving you time in getting the job done.
