Full Management

With Full Management we will completely look after your property. The fees you pay start at 8% but, we have recognised that higher rent properties do not necssarily mean higher charging rates. We reduce our charges the higher the rental.

Flexible Management

A £75 annual registration fee allows you to order any service we provide .
Services provided directly by active-management.co.uk can be ordered and paid for on line.
If we are coordinating a contractor/supplier then a £30 administration fee must be paid per job. This fee covers the cost of coordinating the contractor to be on-site on the appointed day and time.
