MyActive allows access to your own private information held on our database.
Once you have registered and become `live` you will be assigned a username (this will be your email address) and a password (this can be changed by you at any time). All you have to then is login using these details and you will be given access to all your relevant information
Remember all communication is automatically logged as a case, this will hold the full details including contact history. A dedicated quality control function is in place which constantly monitors all the information.
By being able to see all this information you can see what is happening and not waste valuable working time on unnecessary administration .
