1. Specification stage

It is essential that we understand your requirements so that a detailed specification can be produced. This will be a comprehensive study which will clearly spell out your requirements. It will include your budget, type of properties you require, length of tenancy, types of personnel, location parameters, proximity of schools – everything that you need to know.

This process can be conducted primarily on-line. You have the ability to input your requirements via the website. We will then expand on these to create the specification. You will be able to review and advance this whenever you want.

The specification will need to be agreed upon by you. This can be done by meeting on-line via our web conferencing facility (you can include any number of employees) or face-to-face.

In this way we can still deliver a personal service which is tailor made to fit in with your commitments and time constraints.

2. Search stage

The agreed specification will be used to conduct our search.

We will gather all the relevant information and filter it according to your specification and create a number of options. Each option will be detailed on the specification.

Each option will be within your budget and comprise information on schools, including prospectuses and Ofsted reports, medical facilities, children’s facilities, transport links, sporting facilities, local area recreational facilities, in fact anything that is relevant to your needs. At any time you can access this specification on-line and review and advance it. You can be involved in the process as little or as much as you like.

3. Decision stage

The results of our search will be presented to you via our web-conferencing facility which will enable you to include all relevant employees, no matter where they are.

Each option identified will be matched against your specification to determine its suitability level and show how your requirements have been met.

With our advice you will make a decision as to which option you would like to view and progress with.

We will organise viewings for you or your personnel for each option you select. All viewings will be carried out within one working day.

If you are interested in any chosen option then we will conduct all negotiations to secure the property on preferred terms.

4. Moving-in stage

We will guide you through the process of moving into the new property by ensuring that all aspects such as check-ins, cleaning, legal documentation, landlord’s legal requirements, referencing, tax and so on are carried out properly, quickly and efficiently. We will make your move stress-free.

If we are managing the property then you will become one of our valued tenants, and you will be assured of a continued high level of service via our tenant on-line facilities.
