Letting Landlord Support

Advertising Stage - £100

• Advertise on all major websites
• Qualify all leads
• Provide online access for Landlord to progress leads

Pre Move-in Stage - £120

• Produce lease & process to completion
• Produce supporting notices (S21 etc.)
• Produce invoice detailing all money collected and due
• Produce welcome letter for new tenants
• Provide customer centre access
• Notify utilities

Extra tasks to standard

• Co-ordinate referencing of tenant - from £10 depending on AM input
• Co-ordinate DPS for Landlord - £30 admin fee
• Organise Check in

Post Move In stage - £75 per tenancy

• Screen and qualify all tenant enquiries
• Give access to Landlord to deal with enquiries
• Provide reminders of renewals

Renewal Stage - This will vary depending on AM input - start from £20

• Notify Landlord when tenancy due
• Manage renewal process
• Produce renewal documentation

Move-Out Stage - £50

• Produce required notices
• Produce leaving invoice
• Organise Check out

Miscellaneous - all or £25 per annum or FREE of Charge when ordering any of the above

• Reminders - Gas checks due, electric check due, tenancy end warning
• Online access 24/7 to manage all property info, orders, jobs, documentation
• Provide reporting
• Access pay as You go management
