ActiveReminderTMYou know how frustrating and stressful it can be to get a contractor to carry out repairs and do it on time. Are they going to turn up? Will the problem be fixed when they turn up?If you know what is happening things work much better. This is where reminder time comes in. A timely text or voice message to the landlord and the contractor before the appointment can work wonders. It's purpose: to minimise missed/late appointments and dramatically improve communication all round.For fixed time appointments: - Landlord & contractor get automated SMS/voicemail reminder of appointment 24 hrs beforehand.
- Further automated reminder sent 1 hr before appointment to contractor, which prompts contractor to confirm time of arrival with landlord/tenant.
- Our system requires a response. The SMS/Voice reminder will be attempted 3 times. If no answer then it is logged as unanswered.
For a morning or afternoon appointment: - For AM & PM appointments it will be agreed that the contractor confirms 1/2 hour before arrival.
- Landlord & contractor get automated SMS/voicemail reminder of appointment 24 hrs beforehand.
- Further automated reminder sent to contractor 8:00 am (for morning appt.) & 12 noon (for afternoon appt.), which prompts contractor to confirm time of visit with landlord/tenant 1/2 before arrival. If the contractor has not arrived by the mid way point of AM/PM then another reminder is sent.
In each of the above cases the option will be given to : Confirm, Re-arrange, Cancel or On-Site. All responses are logged and monitored centrally. If the contractor or landlord wish to re-arrange (because of delays) then they will contact each other and agree time. We follow up with a short automated client satisfaction questionnaire by SMS/Voicemail.
