There are 2 services, both cost £80 inclusive of VAT

We can either produce:

• A standard 6 month or 1 year (with 6 month break clause) Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement (AST) for an unfurnished property
• A standard Section 21(1)(b) Possession Notice

Please provide us with landlord and tenant details (name, address), the amount of rent and deposit, the date of commencement of the tenancy and we will produce the documents. You will be able to access them via your login to MyActive.

OR

Our landlord document pack which contains everything a landlord needs for letting under ASTs.

The pack contains the following:

Furnished Property: Tenancy Agreement, Tenancy Agreement with 6 Month Break Clause, Tenancy Agreement with Guarantors Clause, Tenancy Agreement with Guarantors Clause and Six Month Break Clause.

Housing Notices: Ground 2 Possession Notice, Ground 8 Possession Notice, Grounds 10 - 14 Possession Notices, Ground 14a Possession Notice, Ground 15 Possession Notice, Ground 17 Possession Notice, Section 21(1)(a) Possession Notice, Section 21(1)(b) Possession Notice.

Housing Letters & Forms: Deposit Receipt, Property Rules, Letter Warning of Late Payment of Rent, Letter Claiming Rent Arrears, Letter to Housing Benefit Department.
