Check Out 1 Bed

On vacating, an existing tenant will be checked out by an independent clerk. The clerk will:

Meet the tenant.
Inspect the property and detail the condition of each room according to the existing inventory report.
Take meter readings.
Collect keys from Tenant.

The property is inspected against the existing inventory report to determine if the tenant has caused any major damage (apart from normal wear & tear)
