AA new tenant is met at the property by an independent clerk. The clerk will:

Inspect the property and detail the condition of each room according to the existing inventory report.
Record meter readings.
Identify remedial works that need carrying out.
Handover the keys to the tenant.

We endeavour to select the best supplier in terms of value for money, availability and the type of service required.

Charges depend on whether the property is furnished or unfurnished and if a premium (full photographic record & written report) or basic (written report) service is required.
